With over 35 years of diverse leadership experience across various industries, including sales, real estate, construction, and small business consulting, Sallie has built a reputation for driving growth and developing high-performing teams. Her passion lies in helping individuals achieve success and enhance their personal and professional well-being. A published author, educator, and dynamic speaker, she specializes in relationship-based sales and long-term growth strategies. She is also dedicated to community development through mentorship and training programs that empower underserved individuals to reach their full potential. An engaging public speaker, she has delivered keynote addresses and workshops at industry conferences across the country, sharing her insights on building resilient teams and creating environments that foster sustained growth. Shelli Stacey, Esq. - Board Member/Advisor
A New Orleans native who relocated to North Texas in 1994, brings a wealth of diverse experience to her endeavors. Holding both BBA and MBA degrees from Texas Christian University, as well as a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Shelli combines a strong academic foundation with two decades of practical experience in logistics and business ownership. This unique blend of business acumen and legal insight allows her to approach challenges with a comprehensive and strategic perspective. Shelli is also a mother to 4 fantastic kids, one of which currently serves in the US NAVY. She is also a mom to 3 amazing dogs and one super amazing horse. Building upon a strong foundation in business and law, Shelli Stacey has dedicated her legal practice over the past three years to serving individuals and families. Her focus encompasses a range of critical legal areas, including immigration law, residential and commercial real estate transactions, business formations, estate planning through wills and trusts, and navigating the complexities of divorce and probate proceedings. This recent experience underscores her commitment to providing compassionate and effective legal guidance to her community.
Dr. Celeste Ceballero - Board Member/Advisor
Celeste Caballero is a compassionate caregiver, advocate, and community leader with a heart dedicated to serving those in need. With over 30 years in ministry and 25 years in women’s health and advocacy, Celeste’s work is fueled by her passion for healing and empowerment. She holds a Doctoral degree in Traumatology, Crisis Counseling, and Community Care, an MBA in Healthcare Administration, and certifications in crisis counseling, life coaching, and victim services.
Celeste leads the Community Care team at Lights Church in Fort Worth, Texas, where she coordinates outreach programs, volunteer opportunities, and community engagement initiatives. Under her leadership, the church fosters a welcoming environment, extending its mission to positively impact the local community.
Her experience includes specializing in Maternal Fetal Medicine, serving as a nationally certified advocate for intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and sex trafficking, and working as a crisis counselor and mentor. She has partnered with various organizations to support vulnerable populations, providing case management, counseling, support groups, and training.
In addition to her professional expertise, Celeste is an ordained minister, worship leader, and life coach. She has helped launch new church startups and has overseen the operations of Christian schools and daycares.
Celeste’s ultimate mission is to offer hope and healing, particularly to women and children affected by trauma and violence. Her vision is to create safe spaces where individuals can find restoration and pursue their God-given purpose. As a mentor, coach, and advocate, Celeste remains a beacon of hope and resilience, guiding others toward healing, empowerment, and transformation.
Jenni Shelby - Board Member/Advisor
Global Recruitment Manager | Educator | Real Estate Professional | Business Owner Jenni Shelby is an accomplished professional with a diverse career spanning education, real estate, business ownership, and global recruitment. Currently, she serves as the Global Recruitment and Immigration Manager at Creation Technologies, where she leads talent acquisition and immigration strategies across the globe.
Jenni began her career as a Language Arts educator, achieving a 100% state exam pass rate and making lasting positive impacts on her students.
She later transitioned into Real Estate, excelling as an Operations Leader, Business Development Manager and Realtor with Engel and Völkers, where she helped clients find their ideal homes and expand the North Texas footprint of the global brokerage.
As a business owner, Jenni gained valuable leadership and operational experience, which she now applies to her work in global recruitment. She combines her skills in education, real estate, and business leadership to attract and retain top talent at Creation Technologies. Jenni holds a Master's in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's in Psychology, and is passionate about community involvement and continuous learning.
